Another Weight Watchers Membership Giveaway
Posted on May 9th, 2009 27 commentsFirst of all, congratulations to Tori, winner of my first Weight Watchers Membership Giveaway. Tori was comment #88 and I just KNOW she will love Weight Watchers as much as I do.
Now it’s time to enter my second contest, which ends at 11:59 p.m. May 15. Here are the details:
Weight Watchers just launched the Momentum Walk-It Challenge, and to celebrate, they’ve given me two 3-month memberships to give away on my blog!
These memberships can be used for Weight Watchers in-person meetings or for Weight Watchers online. Meeting attendance costs $12 per week, plus the one-time registration fee unless you join during a free registration period. And the online membership costs about $65 for three months. So, these 3-month memberships are pretty valuable. Plus, you can get healthier and thinner and learn new/better eating habits, etc. etc. So, they’re actually priceless.
You can read more about the Walk-It Challenge and my confidence in the Weight Watchers program here.
Now, onto the contest: To enter my second Weight Watchers Membership contest, all you have to do is post a comment below about why you want to win the membership and you’ll be entered into the drawing. Be sure to include your email address in the post so that I can contact you if you’re the winner. Again, the contest deadline is 11:59 p.m. May 15. The winner will have three days to respond to my email or the prize will go to someone else.
For additional entries:
- Subscribe to this blog in a reader or via email (see the buttons in the upper right sidebar). Be sure to post an additional comment that you did this.
- Tweet about this contest, and again, post an additional comment with the link to your tweet.
- Blog about this contest, and post an additional comment with the link to your blog post.
Good luck.

I was recently laid off, so I had to end my WW membership in order to save money. I still have a lot of weight to lose, and it is definitely easier to do when you attend meetings verses trying to do it on your own. Fingers and toes crossed that I win.

I now subscribe to you in my Yahoo! reader.

I’ve been doing WW online for about 2 months and my subscription will expire pretty soon…and I don’t want it to because it’s working so well for me! Please help me renew!

I would love this membership so that I can continue on my weight loss journey. I’m still currently working on my goals, without the help of any programs, but would love to join WW for the help and inspiration that I so desire. And I’m going on a cruise in September, 138 days away, and I really could stand to lose a lot before I embark on that boat.

I just had to cancel my membership due to our family having to support two households right now with my husband living at Ft. Campbell. But my sis-in-law just joined and we want to support each other!
Thanks! -

I would love to win because it is something I really need to do. I need the accountability of going to meetings and doing the weigh-in. It is the ONLY thing that works for me!! But good luck to everyone!

I would love to win this because I`m 55 years old and am worried about my health. If I don`t lose weight my Dr. says I will be a Type2 diabetic by the end of the year.
A friend of mine went to WW and had great success at weight loss and met such great ladies also. She really loved the meetings. I can`t afford to join because I was out of work for 2 years and just got a part time job.
Please pick me I need help so bad and I so want and need to lose my weight. Thanks -

I am just a poor post college kid who lost some weight when her boyfriend of 7 years dumped her and decided HEY! Weighing under 200 would be fun. This would help out immensely

I would love this to restart my weight loss. I have done weight watchers before and had a great result. Right now I am working fulltime to help pay to live on my own plus to help my parents out since my dad has been laid off. So trying to do weight watchers again is not an option my extra money goes to help my family it would be great to get back into this and not have to worry about the cost. It is such a great program.

I thrive on accountability! I’ve never been a WW member, but it’s time for the 40 pounds I put on with my last 2 pregnancies to work their way off my person. I’ve already kicked myself into gear and lost the first 5, but now I need a little boost to keep the scale numbers shrinking!

I lost 45# with weight watchers meetings in 2002-2003 and I still have about 40# to get off but have never had the motivation and support with rejoining. My husband and I are supporting his parents, so $ for WW meetings has not been there. Would love another chance for myself!

I’ve never been a Weight Watchers member, but I’ve been wanting to try.
I lost my first 70 lbs. with not a lot of trouble. I’ve got another 50-60 lbs. I need to lose, except I’ve plateaued…for the past 7 months. I need a kick in the pants, and I think Weight Watchers would be able to provide that for me.
